we went to Folklife festival last weekend at Seattle Center, the weather was incredible! at this stage with the mosaic backdrop we were oh so close to the needle

thought I would take on some complicated architecture last Saturday at Kevens. I used his floor to ceiling window as a frame for my drawing, then I futzed around with proportion so long I lost my view to glare on the windows as the sun crept in.......learning

last Monday I drove out to Sequim,WA and visited The Dungeness Spit, a 10 mile round trip hike, no shade ANYWHERE!

In between periods of rain I made my way down to the Japanese Gardens at Washington Park Arboretum and then south along the lake to Leschi Park and a view of I-90

Saturdays I trek downtown to my friend Keven's studio where he has portrait sessions for a few people, lately I have been opting out of the model for the view. He is located near Washington & Third facing west.
